Ruth Jolly is a senior consultant with IMA International. She is an organisational development specialist with twenty-five years’ experience working within the international development, human rights sector and social change sector. She works as consultant, facilitator and coach. Ruth consults on: design and facilitation of organisational development (OD) strategic and learning processes. These include: leadership development programmes; management development programmes, participative reviews, strategic thinking and planning processes, enhancing knowledge management and organisational learning, large group processes, forging inter-sector links and collaborative working.
Ruth works with partners, staff, directors and boards within international development, human rights, environment organisations and public sector organisations. She has held operational and senior posts within forums; networks, international NGOs and grassroots organisations and latterly as associate and consultant.
