WebsiteProjects sprl, owner of the site EUagenda.eu, does not accept any responsibility for the content or nature of the visitor-generated input that is published on this site. Messages, description of events, change of venue and date, cancellation of events, registration fee or any other inconvenience do not express the opinion nor are the responsibility of the staff of WebsiteProjects sprl.

EUagenda.eu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Service in whole or in part, at any time without notice; you should periodically revisit the page http://euagenda.eu/terms to review the current terms and conditions by which you are bound. Changes in these Terms of Service will be effective when posted. Events Posting Policy

EUagenda.eu reserves the right to remove an event without warning if:

  • The event is in direct violation of existing laws, regulations, human rights agreements, etc.
  • The event does not provide complete information about venue, date and time, description, etc.
  • The content of the event is inappropriate or off-topic
  • The content of the event is not in English language
  • The event is placed in an inappropriate policy category
  • The event is duplicated

In order to keep the overall quality of the portal, when posting events you are kindly asked to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Do not use all capital letters (ALL CAPS) anywhere (eg: event title, description, registration form, etc.)
  • Do not enter links, email addresses or contact information or venue information anywhere in the event description
  • Do not insert information about the organiser in the event description field. Organiser profile should be added in your profile

Translations of events descriptions into other languages are machine-generated (Google Translate API). Therefore translations can not be considered a faithful translations but only extra information provided to visitors. EUagenda.eu is not responsible for any mistranslation.

Published event comes with optional registration form (name, email, password). EUagenda.eu visitors may use such registration to express their interest in participating to the event. Upon each registration, the organiser shall receive an email including the user contact details.

Privacy Policy

EUagenda.eu does reserve the right of response to any e-mail address provided by site users on the site. Registered users may indicate their preference to receive e-mail notifications about events published in one or more specific policy of interest.

By creating a Business Account on EUagenda.eu, you agree to show your business and personal contact details to other registered users for networking purpose only. In addition, your contact details together with the list of events that you visited (while logged in on the system) may be made available to other registered organisations - so that they may contact you to provide additional information, offer special conditions for the event admission, or similar. You also agree that only your organisation description, location logo and similar non-sensitive data, will be available to non-registered users at the Organisers Directory. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.

All other content, texts, photos, graphics and illustrations on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks is Websiteprojects sprl. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute the material on the site. If you believe an infringement of this copyright agreement has been made, please contact us.
