Frequently Asked Questions

What is EUagenda.eu?

EUagenda.eu is a social portal where you can publish for free European Affairs Events, receive timely and relevant notifications about new events posted, and more. It currently features 647 events and 1406 respected organisations dealing with EU affairs.

Why EUagenda.eu? A bit of background context information.

Thousands of events on European Affairs issues are organised every month in Europe and in the world. Beside the EU institutions and their official agenda, today, consultancies, industry associations, European economic and social networks, representative offices from national, regional and local governments, NGOs -- in brief, any organisation representing an interest or sector -- organise events to stimulate debates and promote their activities or projects. How many conferences or workshops have missed out on in the past because you simply did not know about them? Until now, European Affairs actors didn't have a single and complete overview of all the events they are interested in. Every organisation may have some events on their website, and even EU institutions only partially cover news and events of their specific sectors. As intelligence and networking are the key elements of your daily work, EUagenda.eu wants to provide you with an easy to use and innovative information website. From this simple but important starting point, EUagenda fills a vacuum by offering an interactive and open platform where everyone can freely upload, publish on line and promote events and stay udated by receiving timely notifications via email and RSS in any policy of interest.
