International Investment Bank
The Bank is an inter–state organization established and operating
on the basis of the intergovernmental Agreement on
the Establishment of the International Investment Bank and
according to the Bank’s Statutes. The Agreement on the Establishment
of IIB was signed by the Member Countries on
July 10, 1970 and registered with the Secretariat of the United
Nations Organization under number 11417.
