This seminar will focus, through the study of a mock case, on the main problems that arise in international contracts at different times of their life. Negotiating and drafting a contract of quality which will allow the parties to preserve their relationship in a long term, are skills and techniques that need to be learned, as does managing the “post-contract” and dealing with different kind of conflict resolution.
