A key interdisciplinary skill in peace work is the ability to moderate and train groups. The preparation and chairing of meetings and workshops is a big part of teamwork and an important aspect of cooperation with project partners. Many experts are directly involved in the development and facilitation of peace-related training programmes. Others are occasionally required to impart certain messages and contents.
The aim of the training is to develop and deepen the participants‘ presentation, moderation and trainings skills. In addition to the theoretical input on adult education, group dynamics and training design, participants can put what they learn into practice straight away in numerous exercises throughout the training.
